Short Term rentals
When your meeting needs on-site equipment, we have it for you. Whether it's a 1.4 GHz PC, Local Area Network, printers, copiers or fax machines, we have them all. We will deliver, set up, and remove, all according to your schedule and requirements.

Communication
Need to keep in touch? We have cellular, Nextel® phones, two-way radios or anything else you require. Let us know, we'll make sure we have what you need to keep you in touch with your home office or other conventioneers.

Printing and Publishing
Tired of lugging all that material with you? Just e-mail it!! We'll have it printed, bound and ready for you upon arrival. Do you need 50 extra copies of that manual? Don't print and ship it, we'll have it ready for you in the conference room when you arrive for your meeting, all at a competitive price.
